Sound human resources are must for the efficient running of the projects and the organisation. In addition, to give the project a success and sustainability local level human resources play vital role. Considering the same, since the very beginning of establishment NCDC has been conducting various programs with a view to developing sound human resources. It has been offering various programs for the capacity strengthening of staff, members of the organisation, as well as representatives of local level organizations. It has been providing opportunity for national and international level study, training, workshop, seminar, etc for its staff and members. Besides, Staffs and representatives of other partner organizations are also benefited from this program.
